Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused Esthetician to join its team. The successful candidate will support clients in understanding their skin concerns and achieving healthier skin through professional skin assessments, consultations, facial treatments, and personalised skincare recommendations.
• We welcome applications from experienced estheticians as well as individuals who are new to the profession but demonstrate a genuine interest in skincare, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to develop practical skills through training.
• Candidates with a background in Chemistry, cosmetology, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must reside in Lagos or Ibadan, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and client consultations to identify skin concerns, needs, and treatment goals.
• Analyse clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Perform professional facial treatments, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation procedures, microneedling, and other approved aesthetic services, subject to training and competency.
• Carry out skin analysis using available equipment and tools.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and recommend personalised home-care routines.
• Educate clients on skincare practices, product application, treatment expectations, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, treatment histories, and progress photographs in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to established company standards, hygiene requirements, and safety protocols.
• Monitor clients’ progress and recommend appropriate follow-up appointments where necessary.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations in a clean and professional condition.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin conditions, treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field is an advantage.
• Relevant training or certification in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetology, or beauty therapy is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or aesthetics industry is desirable but not compulsory for candidates who demonstrate strong learning potential.
• Experienced candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant practical knowledge and treatment experience.
