Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our growing logistics team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing technical support to enhance productivity.
• The role also requires expertise in application development and graphic design to support our digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades.
• Develop and maintain in-house applications to support business operations.
• Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print materials.
• Support logistics software and ensure smooth IT operations for daily activities.

What the IT Administrator Will Bring to the Table in a Logistics Firm:

• Operational Efficiency: Automate and optimize logistics processes to improve delivery speed and tracking.

Requirements

• A good Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Networking, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of IT administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in application development (e.g., web and mobile apps).
• Experience in graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
• Familiarity with logistics software and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Any relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) is an added advantage.
