Job Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

• The Admin Officer is required to ensures smooth and efficient day to day operations of the organization, ensuring internal & external operations and communication align with the Center’s protocols and way of doing business.
• S/he is required to provide strategic support to the HRM, Finance Director and Program team.
• S/he will supervise security officers; manage facilities and minor office equipment, be responsible for maintenance and manage the smooth running of information flows.

Education/Experience

• The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounts with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
