• As an Administrative Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing office operations and providing essential support to the team.

Your duties will include:

• Office Administration: Oversee schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
• Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and handling mail.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, financial documents, and other administrative files.

Requirements

• BSc / HND Accounting
• Experience: 1-2 years.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
