We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer (Remote)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer (Remote) to keep our day-to-day admin running smoothly.
  • You’ll support internal coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication—helping the team stay organized and responsive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and internal schedules (Google Calendar)
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and trackers (Google Docs/Sheets)
  • Coordinate meetings: invites, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handle general correspondence and inquiries via email/WhatsApp; route requests to the right team member
  • Maintain organized digital filing in Google Drive (naming conventions, folders, version control)
  • Support basic HR/admin tasks (staff records, onboarding checklists, leave tracking)
  • Assist with vendor/client admin support (quotes, invoices follow-up, service documentation)

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years experience in admin/operations support (remote experience is a plus)
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills
  • Solid proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Stable internet connection and a laptop

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting service businesses (cleaning/hospitality/consulting)
  • Familiarity with simple process documentation (SOPs) and checklists

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days):

  • Admin requests are tracked, prioritized, and closed out on time
  • Files and folders are consistently organized and easy to find
  • Meetings run smoothly with clear notes and action items
  • The team spends less time “chasing” information and more time delivering for clients

Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 / month.
