We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Travel & Logistics:

  • Coordinate airport arrival and departure arrangements for expatriates, visiting executives and other personnel.
  • Assist with travel itineraries, hotel reservations, transportation and other logistics arrangements.
  • Coordinate local transportation and accommodation requirements as assigned.
  • Coordinate with Immigration Officers for airport protocol

Fleet Administration:

  • Obtain and record daily mileage readings and vehicle utilisation information.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel records and related fleet documentation.
  • Prepare fleet utilisation, mileage, fuel consumption and operational cost reports for management review.
  • Report vehicle maintenance and operational issues relating to fuel efficiency to the Plant Team.

Procurement & Inventory:

  • Monitor office supplies and inventory levels to ensure adequate availability.
  • Conduct periodic verification and reconciliation of office supplies, store items and company assets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and asset records.
  • Raise purchase requests and support the procurement of office supplies and administrative materials.
  • Coordinate repairs and replacement of office equipment and supplies, including printers, stationery and other essential items.

Office Administration:

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, events and other administrative activities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and administrative correspondence.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases and administrative records.
  • Assist in maintaining administrative policies, procedures, contracts and other documentation.

Telecommunications:

  • Support the administration of corporate communication services, including CUG platforms and related telecommunications services.
  • Maintain records of corporate SIM cards, users, allocations and related telecoms requirements.
  • Liaise with telecoms service providers on administrative issues and service requests.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 – 5 years experience.
