Job Title: Administrative Manager (Supervisor)

Job Summary

• A fast-rising Fashion House in Ikeja is looking for an Experienced Administrative Manager to oversee staff performance, maintain structure, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.
• This is a supervisory role, ideal for someone who knows how to keep people on their toes while maintaining professionalism and order.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tailors, admin, sales, and logistics staff
• Ensure all team members are punctual, productive, and compliant with internal standards
• Maintain operational checklists and ensure processes are followed
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
• Monitor workflow and handle basic HR/admin tasks
• Identify inefficiencies and provide timely solutions
• Support in inventory, scheduling, and client service coordination

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative and supervisory roles
• Proximity to Ikeja is mandatory
• Prior experience in a fashion house is an added advantage
• Must be disciplined, firm, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
• Must be proactive and able to manage people with emotional intelligence
• Ability to use basic digital tools (e.g. Excel, WhatsApp, reporting templates).
