Job Title: Admin Officer

Job Summary

• The Administrative Officer supports daily operations of the bakery, manages documentation, assists with logistics, and helps expand bread sales by identifying suitable locations outside the bakery area.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle office records, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication, schedules, and staff-related documentation.
• Support operations with inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and basic reporting.
• Source and evaluate new locations where bread can be sold outside the bakery.
• Build relationships with location owners and secure approval for bread stands or sales points.
• Maintain records of all sales locations and ensure they follow company standards.

Requirements

• SSCE/OND in a relevant field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel for fieldwork and assess potential sales locations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
