Job Summary

• We are seeking a Female who is a computer literate with considerable experience with C level executives with a stable experience from 3 years and above working with a particular organization.
• Doesn’t want someone who is frequently changing jobs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years stable experience working with a particular organization.
• A close proximity to Mile 2 is also preferable.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
