We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer (Male)

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive diary management and co-ordination of meetings/training and all related arrangements i.e. travel arrangements, booking of accommodation and venue for training
  • Planning and Organizing event
  • Plan and schedule Meetings and Conferences
  • Maintaining/ procuring inventory of office supplies
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Plan, Schedule, and organize in-house and external events
  • Planning and Arrangement for deliveries
  • Repairs and Maintenance of Company assets and equipment
  • Overseeing the daily running activities of the office.
  • Establish and maintain vendors accounts
  • Relate with reps in car maintenance issues
  • Ensuring that all office equipment are functional
  • Ensure timely repair and replacement of defective equipment that is affecting operation.
  • Act as a key interface in dealing with government and regulatory bodies -LASAA, NEPA Etc.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification
  • Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in the same role
  • Should be smart, calculative and flexible
  • A male is preferred for gender balance.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
