Job Title: Ad-Hoc Staff (6-Month Contract)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benue, Kogi, Nasarawa, Niger, and Plateau
Employment Type: Contract

The Role

• You’ll support the branch team in serving customers, handling day-to-day front-office tasks, and promoting the bank’s products.
• This is a good opportunity to gain hands-on banking experience in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers and direct them to the right service point.
• Support account opening, documentation, and customer data capture.
• Explain the bank’s products and services clearly to customers.
• Support customer onboarding to digital channels (mobile app, USSD, cards).
• Prepare and update records and reports using Microsoft Office.
• Help resolve customer enquiries and escalate issues where needed.
• Support branch staff with other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: National Diploma (ND)  with relevant experience.
• Age: not older than 26 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidate must be well-groomed and presentable.
• Candidate must possess strong verbal communication skills and communicate fluently.
• Candidate must be available and willing to commit to the 6-month ad hoc engagement.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
