About the Role

• We are a fast-growing and dynamic organisation seeking to engage an exceptional, results-oriented professional to serve as our Acting Managing Director / Head of Marketing.
• This strategic leadership role requires an individual with strong business acumen, outstanding leadership qualities, and an exceptional ability to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
• The ideal candidate must be highly experienced, commercially minded, and capable of leading business operations while developing and executing effective marketing strategies that generate measurable results.

Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of marketing proven experience, with substantial experience in leadership and business development.
• Demonstrate the ability to generate and deliver at least 5-10 new projects per quarter, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
• Demonstrable and verifiable track record of successfully acquiring clients and generating business revenue.
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, and corporate relationship management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong network within the corporate and/or public sectors will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
