We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Acting Head of Flight Operations

Location: Benin City, Edo
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the management of Flight Operation Department.
• Responding directly to the Chief Pilot, Flight Safety Manager, Quality/Safety Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety, operational and technical requirements are met in accordance with the requirements of the NCAA and AOC procedures.
• Determining and controlling the Flight Operations budget including the formulation of business strategies.
• To advice the Accountable Manager on all matters pertaining to the Flight Operations Department.
• To ensure the establishment and development of a high caliber management team to deliver professional and technical services and to pursue new business opportunities.
• To represent the company via the EALL Security Services Providers in connection with the operation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Management.
• 5 years’ experience as PIC in commercial air transport operations of large aircraft.
• An ATP license.
