We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer – Logistics

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile invoices, and manage vendor payments
• Maintain and log invoices received in SAP software
• Audit employee receipt submissions and prepare the backup documentation to submit expense reports on behalf of employees
• Coordinate with the logistics team to obtain missing receipt documentation
• Update invoice tracker for various locations
• Update PO tracker to ensure invoices have been posted
• Assist in month end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and accrual entries

Requirements

• 2-3 Experience in Fleet/Logistics
• Must be proficient with the use of SAP
• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Reside within Mowe, Ibafo, Berger, and its environs

Salary
N150,000 Monthly (Net).
