Job Title: Accounts Intern

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support the processing and recording of financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support bank and other account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments as required.
• Assist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ensure proper filing and organisation of accounting documents.
• Support the Finance team with routine accounting and administrative activities.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates that have completed NYSC are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
