Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounts with 2 – 8 years work experience.
• Female candidate age group 25-35 years preferred, Male age group 30-35 years preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and concepts like Double Entry principle.
• Ability to post business transactions from the subsidiary books of account to the Ledger and extract a Trial Balance.
• Ability to prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Ability to prepare Financial Statements like Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to reconcile accounts – Vendor ledger, Customer ledger and General Ledger
• Ability to reconcile stock.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and any Accounting Software.
• Teachability and teamwork.

• Honesty and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
