We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts / Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
  • Manage accounts payable (suppliers, contractors) and accounts receivable (customers, wholesale clients).
  • Reconcile bank statements, POS records, and online payment platforms.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
  • Handle petty cash and staff reimbursements.

Administration & HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data).
  • Support recruitment logistics (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law in contracts, leave, and benefits.
  • Oversee office supplies, utilities, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate logistics for staff (workshops, travel, and meetings).

Operations Support:

  • Provide administrative support to production (purchase of fabrics, tools, etc.).
  • Track inventory movement reports with the storekeeper.
  • Ensure smooth communication between design, production, sales, and management.

Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial and administrative reports for management.
  • Highlight risks, overdue payments, and financial improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years in accounting/admin, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Nigerian tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks,Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
