DoC Advisory (formerly Deinde Odusanya & Co) was registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990, as No LAZ.036178 on 23rd July, 1996, following the receipt of its license to practice as a firm of Chartered Accountants in April 1996, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”).

The firm was registered with the main objective of utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to its accountancy; auditing; financial & fair value due diligence; enterprise rehabilitation and restructuring; taxation; and economic consulting services in order to provide its clients with an integrated means of meeting their needs and achieving their objectives.

Job Titles: Accounting Services Associates and Senior Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are a medium-sized consulting firm that provides integrated services in Accountancy, Assurance, Taxation, and transaction advisor
• Ownership of the financial reporting functions and effective use of accounting and accounting software packages adopted by the Firm and its clients.
•  Ownership of management accounting and cash flow management of the firm and clients
• Preparation of Management Performance Reports (MPR) at regular intervals and at year-end;
•  Review of clients’ chart of accounts and other accounting/reporting templates for efficiency;
• Preparation and Review of Bank and other reconciliation statements; and
• Review and complete recording of all invoices issued and received to ensure that all area.

Education & Experience Requirements

• First Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or Finance or any other related discipline.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant
•  Minimum of 2 years; and 3 years cognate experience in a similar role, respectively for Associate,
• Senior Associate.
