Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of Accounts.
• Be in charge of receivables management and interacting with customers.
• Maintaining relevant schedules.
• Ensuring the timely remittance of PAYE and pensions schedule.
• Issuing invoices to customers and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
