About the Role

• We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support effective financial planning and reporting.
• The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
• Maintain proper records of income, expenses, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditure.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
• Support payroll processing and financial administration.
• Monitor internal controls and identify financial risks or discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
• Analyse financial data and provide management with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with management and other departments to improve financial efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent recognised professional accounting qualification).
• 6–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
