Smart Nuel Communications Limited is a growing mobile technology retail company headquartered in Ikeja Computer Village, Lagos, one of Nigeria’s largest technology markets. The company specializes in the sales and distribution of mobile phones and related accessories across major cities in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Confirmation of customers bank receipts.
• Posting of all bank transactions (Receipts and Payments) .
• Stock Transfers Journal entries.
• Online bank payments.
• Issuance of cheques for outflows/payments.
• Cash flow management for Local purchase and order processing.
• Routine debtor circularization/verification.
• Routine stock count/verification.
• Timely postings, updating and reconciliations of supplier accounts. (Imports and local purchase)
• Routine cash count and verification.
• VAT and related payments processing.
• Monthly Reconciliations & Preparation of Comprehensive Monthly reports.
• Liaise with Consultant on Tax and Accounting related issues.
• Supervisory role over the cashier and sales personnel to ensure correct postings.
• Assist the Store Manager with order processing.
• Manages relationships with all account officers.
• Monthly salaries computation and payments via bank advice or the bank portal.
• Sales target and Budget monitoring.
• Assist the HQ Branch Teamleads on office and staff administration matters.
• Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Any other related duty may be assigned from time to time by the Chairman or consultant.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
