PWAN-Prime Investments and Properties Limited is a Real Estate Marketing and Development Company; providing our clients with the best affordable real estate options (both commercial and residential properties) in Africa. Since inception in 2017, that drive has built us a reputation for service delivery, developing our lands as serviced estates; providing running water; electricity; drainage; paved roads and security. Hence, the confidence that the properties we provide guarantees high return on investment. Interestingly, we evolved from the vision of our parent body, PWAN Homes; and were incorporated on November 28, 2017. We are the sixth business office to unfold from the PWAN Group. Our properties are spread across the federation with physical presence in Lagos State, Ogun State, Enugu State, Owerri in Imo State, Uyo in Akwa Ibom State, Calabar in Cross River State and Asaba in Delta State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares multiple, complex and varied financial reports (including estate reports) that require selection, preparation and interpretation of data which is crucial to management planning and decision making.
  • Analyse current financial performance relative to previous months and realign the company’s financial decisions as needed.
  • Ensure preparation and supervision of monthly management account.
  • Computation and remittance of company taxes (payroll and withholding taxes) to the relevant tax authority.
  • Routinely assists in developing sales promotion strategies to increase monthly sales.
  • Responsible for drawing up promotional contents and materials as well as supervise its design and production for marketing purpose in line with organizations current objective.
  • Track vendor payments to make sure invoices are received and paid in a timely manner, following up with departments and vendors as necessary.
  • Ensures the preparation of weekly commissions on Microsoft Excel sheet and supervising same to ensure its accuracy before presentation for approval.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Accounting department.
  • 3 years experience
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent andorganizaitional skills.
  • Self motivated and detailed oriented.
  • Strong matgs and critical reasoning skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
