Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and track budgets, expenditures, and cash flow.
• Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are remitted promptly.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Professional qualification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
