Job Summary

• A fast-growing real estate firm committed to providing top-notch property development and investment solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (ICAN Certified) to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and support management with accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Manage payroll, expense tracking, and cost control measures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be ICAN Certified (professional membership required).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
