Job Title: Accountant

Location: Owerri, Imo

• We’re on a mission to make clean energy accessible to homes and businesses across Nigeria — and we need a smart, reliable, and passionate Accountant to join our growing team in Owerri, Imo State.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily financial records, invoices, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets for management decisions
• Handle payroll, petty cash, and expense tracking
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to monitor inventory and costs
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax and accounting standards

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in accounting (SME or energy company experience is a plus)
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Sage)
• Attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork
• ICAN/ANAN certification (or in view) is an advantage
• Understand how the Nigerian Tax system works (Very important).
