We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Functions:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.

Administrative Functions:

• Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Communication: Provide administrative support for communication, including email, phone, and mail.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
• Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
