We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of residents’ management fee payments.
• Issue receipts to residents for payments received.
• Keep records of association dues payments from members
• Review vendor invoices for correctness
• Process payments to vendors and staff
• Undertake trips to banks as required.
• Prepare annual management fee budget
• Prepare quarterly budget performance reports
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and resident complaints.
• Provide quarterly reports on association dues and expenses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in real estate, facility management or related industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint (QuickBooks and Sage are an added advantage)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• close attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
