Job Title: Accountant

Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for an organized Accountant to handle financial reporting for Cr8tive Workspace, The Hotdesking space, Cr8tln Studios, and other linked businesses.
• The role involves tracking expenses, preparing sales and revenue reports, and keeping accurate financial records.
• ou will provide timely insights to support management decisions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate expense and sales reports across multiple linked businesses.
• Track daily transactions, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile accounts, POS systems, and digital payments.
• Monitor budgets and provide monthly performance reports.
• Support management with financial analysis and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams to track income from coworking memberships, studio bookings, and related services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification such as ACA/ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ accounting experience, preferably handling multi-entity or group businesses.
