Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Locations: Lagos and Ogun

School Fees Function

• Prepare School Bills for All Students
• Update Students’ Records
• Prepare Billing Summary
• Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal
• Update cash receipt journal
• Prepare a report of fees and extract the outstanding fees
• Prepare termly school fees reconciliation
• Students’ Population Statistics
• Prepares weekly report of students’ population
• Update students’ class list Treasury Function
• Petty cash reimbursement function.
• Bank imprest reimbursement function Duties and Responsibilities
• Bank reconciliation function
• Prepare of cash flow statement.
• Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers

Others:

• Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions
• Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget
•  Prepare the school’s financial statements.
• Maintain Fixed Assets register
•  Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller and the Head of School.
