Job Title: Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a minimum of five (5) years’ post-qualification experience in an accounting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
• Ensure timely and accurate tax computations and remittances (VAT, PAYE, WHT, etc.)
• Coordinate audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA)
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
