We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in accounting principles, and possess a high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations and payment processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, banking activities, and general ledger.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist with audits, tax filing, and statutory compliance.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to aid strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, local tax laws).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of [2–5] years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Working Hours:

9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
May be required to work extended hours during reporting or emergent periods.
