Job Summary

• We are looking for an organized and proactive Accountant Assistant to support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, financial record-keeping, and basic reporting activities.
• The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense documentation.
• Support bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support monthly closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries and basic reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience (NYSC or internship experience acceptable).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary
N150,000 Gross.
