Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Officer to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
