Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As our account officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 / month.
