We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer (Sales)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities are as listed below:

  • To manage every step of the sales process from prospecting to order and eventual sales and final delivery of the product.
  • Take ownership of market share for Hilti for all activities in the assigned territory, for the assigned product portfolio & defined price positioning and Identify opportunities within your territory.
  • Build strong working relationship with all levels in channel partners, contractors, system integrators & end users
  • To constantly demonstrate products & support in the self-repair of these tools.
  • To target the appropriate customer groups to ensure successful introduction of new products.
  • To visit sites and do a demonstration of our products.
  • Achieve assigned targets for the defined territory.
  • To ensure the appropriate level of product penetration is given; selling tools & consumables to existing customers and new customers.
  • Timely stock replenishment not to miss out on opportunities.
  • Constantly improve your knowledge of the company’s product portfolios to help communicate its qualities to customers.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of sales and delivery and identifying potential customers.
  • Good personal and interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must have good knowledge of Lagos roads, ability to drive and possess a valid drivers’ license.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Team player and very articulate.
  • The ideal candidate must know how to drive a car, possess a valid driver licence and be ready to resume immediately.
