Job Title: Account Officer

Job Summary

• Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging businesses, and helping customers get started with the right solutions?
• Expedier is looking for an Account Officer to join our team and support the onboarding and activation of business customers on Expedier for Business (EFB), our web-based business platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Onboard new business customers onto Expedier for Business (EFB)
• Engage prospective and existing business customers and guide them through the onboarding process
• Help businesses understand and effectively use EFB’s features and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful account setup and activation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant Expedier solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and onboarding information
• Work closely with the Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Provide regular updates and reports on onboarding activities and customer progress
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident engaging with businesses and decision-makers
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable onboarding customers and navigating digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups effectively
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or a related industry is an advantage

Salary
N311,000 per month.
