Job Title: Account Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling daily transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Record daily income and expenses
• Handle invoicing, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements
• Assist with budgeting and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
