Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable Account Officer to manage our day-to-day finances.
• You will track income, expenses, and costs for our catering events, ensure accurate records, and support the business to stay profitable.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, and payments
• Track food costs and inventory spending
• Prepare invoices for clients and follow up on payments
• Pay vendors and suppliers on time
• Handle bank deposits and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare weekly / monthly financial reports

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years experience, F&B / catering experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software e.g., QuickBooks
• Honest, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
• Must be able to work under pressure during events.
