Job Summary

• Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional to join our team as an Account Officer.
• The Account Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and other financial documents.
• Monitor income, expenses, and company payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports and periodic account statements.
• Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support payroll and other accounting-related activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be resident in or able to conveniently commute to Lagos Mainland.
