Job Title: Account Officer / Administrative Officer

Locations: Ikorodu and Mushin – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments and ensure that all entries are correct and up to date.
• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Prepare and send out invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company records aign with bank statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in monitoring budget allocations and expenditures to ensure financial discipline.
• Input financial data into accounting software and maintain financial databases.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
