Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures.
• This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) or in progress is an added advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
