Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• QuickBooks Expertise: Utilize QuickBooks software proficiently for financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Accounting software expertise: Expertise in the use of ODOO software and/or other accounting is an added advantage
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports as required.
• General Ledger: Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis findings.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industries.
• QuickBooks Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks software for efficient financial management and reporting
• Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Remuneration
The salary range for this position is between N200,000 – N250,000 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
