Job Title: Account Clerk

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

• Keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.
• Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
• Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
• Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle records of invoices and addressing payment issues
• Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
• Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
• Handling queries related to accounts.
• Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 years proven work experience as an Account clerk or Officer
• Knowledge of procedures and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting tools

Remuneration
N100,000 monthly net.
