Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organisation.
• The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience and be able to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Record and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Process invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
• Support tax and statutory documentation and filings.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.
