We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily aftersales financial reports
• Post journal entries and update accounting records
• Confirm customer payments daily for all service center accounts
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Track income and expenditure using cash and bank journals
• Process payment requests (logistics, utilities, internet, etc.)
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records and reports
• Analyze spare parts consumption across service centers nationwide
• Support internal financial controls and financial oversight across service centers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1 – 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good understanding of financial reporting and internal control procedures

Remuneration
N100,000 – N140,000 Monthly.
