Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Mile 2, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day financial and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and post financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring of company accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with payroll and statutory documentation when required.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc., HND, or OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month.
