Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Requirements

• Corpers and OND holders only.
• Candidate must have accounting background.
• 0 – 1 years work experience.
• Ability to prepare reports.
• Ability to carry out stock exercise.
• Ability to monitor budget and budget variance.
• Ability to cross-referencing source documents
• Ability to track and monitor company’s expenses.
• Ability to manage payables and receivables
• Ability to prepare Statement of comprehensive Income and statement of financial position.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint and quickbook or Xero.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Good organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company.
• Attention to details for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices.
• Ability to multitask in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices, payments and tasks at various stages of execution
• Ability to efficiently handle any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.

Salary
N40,000 monthly
