Job Title: 3 – Wheel (Tricycle) Sales Executive

Locations: Abia, Abuja (FCT), Bauchi, Enugu, Kaduna and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Slot: 8 Openings

Job Summary

  • As a Tricycles (3W) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tricycles to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the tricycle market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the tricycle (3W) models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of tricycles (3W), persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring timely follow-up to secure sales.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Order Processing: Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and logistics partners.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of tricycles (3-Wheel) or similar vehicles is an advantage.
