Experience working in teams, I have worked in various types of teams and that is what I can and like to do. Since the end of 2013 I started working as a support representative, supporting mainly end users. Advancing from that position I took the role of a “level 2” support representative, which included quality control and dealing with more complex issues. Following that (due to a lay-off) I moved to working in the gaming industry for an online bookmaker and a casino where I was the point of contact between developers and the trading department additionally supporting end users and affiliates. Later (due to a lay-off again) I joined Genius Sorts as a second line support analyst, this position helped me to learn a great deal about the betting industry inside out. The position itself consisted of various IT related tasks (being the point of contact between different departments, clients and developers) as well as dealing with client queries and providing a high level of service in a timely manner. I am currently working as an integrations project manager and my responsibilities are mainly on-boarding new clients, assistance in implementing our services and software, testing and providing a smooth transition to actually being live with our Products as well as making the whole process transparent between clients and stakeholders. I also work with individual feature requests and additional integration projects for existing clients.
