Description

• We are seeking a qualified and well-spoken Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone. If you’re a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Identify and Develop Leads: Use cold calling, referrals, networking, and trade shows to generate potential leads.
• Build Relationships: Advance the sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals.
• Initiate New Customer Relationships: Expand existing work relationships and establish new ones.
• Research and Qualify Leads: Provide insightful recommendations to clients based on thorough market research.
• Make at Least 50 Phone Calls Daily: Consistently reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
• Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing and making sales via phone calls.
• Customer Convincing Skills: Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
• Experience with International Clients: Successfully communicate with clients in the UK and US.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N175,000 per month
• Commission: Up to N100,000 based on performance
